Kaiye Wireless Water Meter is an intelligent water utility terminal integrating metering, transmission, and control. The whole unit is equipped with the same-series high-performance Water Meter Actuator and Water Meter Gear Motor, and is protected by a dedicated Water Meter Shell for all-scenario protection. It enables remote water data transmission and remote valve control, completely replacing the traditional manual meter reading mode, and meets the intelligent water management needs of various scenarios such as residential buildings, commercial complexes, and industrial parks.
This Wireless Water Meter supports wireless remote data interaction, allowing real-time upload of water consumption metering data and simultaneous remote valve on/off control. No on-site meter reading or manual operation is required, which effectively reduces labor input and greatly lowers the operation and maintenance costs of water management. The built-in Water Meter Actuator can accurately respond to remote commands, and work with the Water Meter Gear Motor to complete stable valve switching, making remote control more reliable.
The product adopts a high-sensitivity core metering component, with metering accuracy in line with general industry standards. It can accurately capture water consumption data in all scenarios including low flow and normal flow, effectively avoiding under-measurement, missing measurement, and metering deviations. It ensures true and accurate water data, meeting the metering needs of different scenarios such as household billing, commercial water accounting, and industrial water control.
Adopting a standardized overall structure design, the installation caliber and interface are compatible with traditional mechanical meters. No complicated wiring or major pipeline modification is needed; installation and commissioning can be completed quickly once water is connected, and it can directly replace traditional water meters. The whole unit is equipped with a dedicated Water Meter Shell, adapting to various installation environments such as outdoors, corridors, and underground pipe wells. The core metering module, wireless transmission module, Water Meter Gear Motor, and Water Meter Actuator all support low-power operation mode, with extremely low power consumption in daily standby and working states. Using a mature wireless transmission solution, it features excellent long-distance transmission and anti-blocking performance. Even in weak-signal environments such as underground pipe wells, enclosed corridors, and remote factories, it can transmit data stably and avoid data packet loss and command delay or failure. The whole unit is fully enclosed and protected by the Water Meter Shell, which resists moisture, dust, and corrosive substances, ensuring long-term stable operation of internal core components and adapting to various complex working conditions.
