What should I do if the valve gets stuck and the actuator triggers locked-rotor current?
A: The actuator’s locked-rotor current (≤520 mA) is designed with overload protection. When jamming occurs, the water meter control board will detect the overcurrent signal and automatically cut off power to the actuator, preventing motor burnout. After troubleshooting the jamming (e.g., removing impurities in the valve), the actuator can resume normal operation.
