Q: If the valve jams and triggers locked-rotor current (550 mA), will it damage the ultrasonic water meter’s main control board?
A: No. The actuator’s built-in overcurrent protection cuts off power within 2s of detecting locked-rotor current, preventing excessive current from flowing to the main control board. After clearing the jam (e.g., removing sediment in the valve), the actuator resumes normal operation once the main control board reissues a signal.
Q: Can the wiring sequence be customized to match our existing ultrasonic water meter production line?
A: Yes. We support full customization of wire color, function definition, and wire length.
